20 Weeks

(Hopefully more than halfway)
Also, is it just us or does the bump look smaller than last week?

How far along:  20 weeks
Gender:  Girl
Belly button in or out: Still in!
Maternity clothes: Have I mentioned I wish I could just wear sweatpants everyday?
Stretch marks: None yet.
Sleep: Pretty good.  Was starting to get some hip pain but am sleeping a little better with my new body pillow.
Best moment this week: Christmas, of course.
Miss anything: Same as last week. Apparently I slept on my back more than I thought.
Movement: Feeling more and more all the time!!
Cravings:  Still loving sweets, and definitely got my fix this week!
Queasy or sick:  Feeling good.
Looking forward to:  Picking out more stuff for Ellie :)  She got a little spoiled this Christmas...

My mom went a little crazy, but we love it! (Her aunties and great grandma did, too!)  This doesn't include any of the things that Tyler & I have gotten for her. I picked out a few(ish) summery outfits for Ellia this week, including the cutest pants and sunglasses ever.  We also picked out this hat because it's leopard, and I love leopard.  Don't be surprised if she's rocking the leopard hat in the hospital.

Ellia is also getting a rocker for her nursery, made out of Tyler's great great grandfather's chair (part of our Christmas present).  This chair has been sitting in our basement for the past 3 years, so I'm pretty happy to see it go to good use.  His mom is reupholstering it (in grey) since it's really beat up, and his dad is switching out the existing feet for a rocker base.  This rocker from Pottery Barn  is what they're using as a guide.  Obviously it won't look the exact same, but I'm sure it's going to turn out pretty cool!

I've seen lots of cute things for her nursery and will share soon, once I narrow them down. ;)  I wouldn't say there's really a "theme" - just colors and pretty things. :)  Most of the decorations I like aren't super baby-ish, which makes me like them even more since we could use them in her post-nursery room.

I don't really have any Christmas pictures to share, but here are a few..

Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!

19 Weeks

How far along:  19 weeks
Gender:  GIRL!!!!!!  We went into it thinking we'd found out Baby N was a boy, so we were a little surprised but very excited with the news!
Belly button in or out: Pretty sure it'll be flat within the next couple weeks.
Maternity clothes: Same as last week.  I'll be stretching out my regular shirts as long as possible, but wore one of my new maternity shirts one day this week and was a little frightened of all the room I have to grow in it.
Stretch marks: None yet.
Sleep: Good, except for waking up in the middle of the night thinking about baby!
Best moment this week: Finding out Baby Noel is a girl!  Getting to see her move around TONS during my ultrasound (guess the OJ did the trick) and hearing she's growing just as she should be.
Miss anything:  Being able to sleep on my back.
Movement: Definitely feeling more over the past few days, enough that Tyler was even able to feel some movement.  :)
Cravings:  Definitely fruit & sweets.  That coffee ice cream... yum.
Queasy or sick:  Feeling good.
Looking forward to:  Christmas, shopping for baby girl clothes and getting started on her nursery!  My brain's been working overtime ever since we found out she is a she.  I made my first baby girl purchase this week - this pretty little blanket  to wrap baby up like a little burrito. :)

In other {baby} news, Baby Noel has a (first) name - Ellia.  We had originally intended to keep her name a secret until she's here, but I guess I got a little too excited for all that.  We started calling her Ellie before we even left the doctor's office on Wednesday, so I'm pretty sure "Ellia" is here to stay. :)

18 Weeks

How far along:  18 weeks
Gender:  4 more days!!!!
Belly button in or out: Just looking weird these days.
Maternity clothes: Still just a couple pairs of pants mixed in with my regular clothes.  Wishing I could wear sweatpants everyday.
Stretch marks: None yet.  I thought I saw some tiny ones, turns out they were just veins (how attractive).
Sleep: Good except for the bathroom breaks.
Best moment this week: Working from home with my furry co-workers one day (which also meant
I could wear sweatpants).
Miss anything:  Not having to think about whether I'll fit into my clothes when I'm getting dressed in the morning.  Brings a whole new meaning to the saying "I've got a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear."
Movement: Still feeling little bits here and there, randomly throughout the day.
Cravings:  Clementines, strawberries, coffee ice cream & cupcakes.
Queasy or sick:  Feeling good.
Looking forward to: WEDNESDAY.  Can't wait to find out if Baby N is a he or a she!  And to see how he or she has grown since the last ultrasound - 8 weeks ago already!  When I went for my first one, the tech suggested drinking orange juice as soon as I pull into the parking lot, because the sugar will help wake the baby up and we'll hopefully get to see some movement in there.  I am definitely going to give it a shot. :)

17 Weeks

How far along:  17 weeks
Gender:  Less than 2 weeks until I can actually answer this question! Eek!!!
Belly button in or out: In.
Maternity clothes: Definitely starting to outgrow more of my jeans.  I got some good deals on maternity clothes from Old Navy on Cyber Monday.  Hopefully I like them!
Stretch marks: None yet.
Sleep: Sleeping good.  My cats even let me sleep 7 consecutive hours a few nights this week. How considerate ;)
Best moment this week:  Loving all the Christmas movies and TV specials on.  ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas? Sign me up!
Worst moment this week:  Monday morning after an extra long weekend. Enough said.
Miss anything:  At the moment, definitely sandwiches after I watched everyone else eat them at a work meeting today. Plain bread and salad for me.
Movement: Pretty sure I can say yes to this question now.  If it's not a baby I feel in there, there might be a problem.
Cravings:  Was craving chicken fingers all week and finally got them last night.  Unfortunately, they weren't as good as I was hoping they'd be. But you bet I still ate them ;)
Queasy or sick:  Feeling good.
Looking forward to: Getting started on some nursery ideas! We're definitely painting the walls light grey so I'm hoping to pick out some paint samples soon and make a decision on the exact color. :)
