You'll notice that the puffy vest I had my eye on for a while did make the cut - YAY! At $23 (versus $40), I deemed it reasonable enough. ;) What did not make the cut, unfortunately, is this kitty backpack. The conversation went a little bit like this:
Me: *gasp* OH MY GOD! Does Ellie need a backpack?!
Tyler: She can't even walk. Why would she need a backpack?
In my defense, I was thinking she could bring it on sleepovers to her grandparent's houses. ;) Maybe next year!
