Pool Float Party

When I think of Memorial Day, one of the things I think of is the beginning of the swimming season. I remember being so excited growing up when the day came that our parents would open the pool for the summer... only to quickly remember that it was absolutely freezing cold and suddenly it didn't seem quite as exciting anymore. ;)  We don't have a pool but we have family who do and I am SO excited to see what Ellie thinks of it this year.  I'm sure she'll love her kiddie pool too, but really can't wait to see a tiny babe floating around a giant pool.  I just know she's going to love it!  Well, I'm pretty sure she will anyway. :)

Regardless of where you plan on cooling off this summer, a cute pool float is like an extra, somewhat practical accessory for kids and adults alike. ;)  I'm not sure who decided it was cool to float on giant pieces of food and oversized birds, but I don't hate it!  Here are some of the many cute ones I've seen:

Pool floats are everywhere now and I saw some pretty interesting ones in my search (like this poop emoji one...?) - which floats are on your summer wish list?  Who says kids get to have all the fun?! :)
